1. This contest will end at 11:59 pm on 7th November 2021.

2. This contest is only open to Indian Singaporeans, who are Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.

3. SINDA employees and their families are not eligible for this competition.

4. By submitting an entry to this contest, each participant:

   1. automatically and irrevocably grants Singapore Indian Development Association (SINDA) all intellectual property rights, title and interests (including copyright) in all materials submitted by the participant to the Contest​; and

   2. waives all claims to compensation or damages based on the use of their image or voice, or both, by SINDA. The participant also waives any right to inspect or approve the finished product; and

   3. understands that this consent is perpetual, that they may not revoke it, and that it is binding.

5. Winners will be announced on SINDA's social media channels.

6. The Organisers’ decision on winning entries is final and no correspondence will be entertained. 

7. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and non-cash prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.
